Shipping policy

- Our 'off the shelf' ship form our Barcelona shop within 1-2 business days from when the order is made. 

- Custom products are made to order and ship from the same location when ready. Wait times appear in the respective customization pages. 

- Pickups are to be made from Notariat 7, Bajo 2, 08001 Barcelona, Spain on weekdays between 9:00-19:00. It is best to schedule the pickup time via email.

- Shipping inside Spain are made with either MRW or DHL services.

- International shipments are made with either DHL, UPS or Fed-ex Express services and normally take 1-5 days depending on the destination. 

- Any customs charges that may occur are not included in the shipping cost.

- Returns are handled via email to noam@florentinekitchenknives.com and we normally arrange for a pickup from your desired location.
