The workshop will take place on the 4th\u003cspan\u003e and 5th of July 2026\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCraft a large kitchen knife from start to finish—choose from a selection of blade styles and learn every step of the knife-making process – from grinding and finishing to shaping, polishing, sharpening, and engraving. Each participant will customise their own knife with our signature stacked handle using Micarta, wood, leather and Brass.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFinally, participants will learn traditional Japanese whetstone sharpening techniques with master sharpener Ayanori Suzuki from \u003ca rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/thesharpening.shop\/\" target=\"_blank\"\u003eThe Sharpening Shop\u003c\/a\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eOur workshops are ideal for beginners with no prior experience. Experienced makers looking to refine their skills are very welcome—the workshop features plenty of opportunities to learn something new. Participants will spend 3 to 4 hours each day working closely with the Florentine Kitchen Knives team, and enjoy a one-hour sharpening class. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eTo top it off, we’ll share a dinner together, prepared on the Florentine Kitchen Knives rooftop deck.
