EARTH DAY FLORENTINE SLICER dev

This is our 3rd Earth day limited edition in collaboration with Oiko design studio who provided their N.E.W material. After the chef and paring versions this time it's our long scaled full tang florentine slicer who got the EarthDay treatment. This knife is one of the most sustainable knives on the planet, made from 100% recycled plastic handle, 85% recycled steel blades and recyclable Brass rivets.

The Florentine Slicer is a straight edged blade with a slight bull-nose which is mainly meant for slicing protein or anything you need to cut in one long motion. It has a 270mm long blade made of 14c28n Stainless steel which we offer here with a scaled handle N.E.W. composite and brass rivets. The blades are made from 2.5mm thick steel stock and are semi-flexible.
