Our favourite restaurant, when the Florentine Kitchen Knives work/shop was still in Barrio Raval, was Dos Pebrots, located in the street parallel to us. We visited often and Borja became a close friend. When Borja left the restaurant to open his own place, we spent a lot more time together, brainstorming and imagining this fantastic establishment.
