The bread knife is an often overlooked, useful tool in the kitchen. Good not only for cutting bread, it is useful for all other hard food items that require long cutting motions and high durability. Our original design, an oval curved handle with stacked discs assembled around the tang of the blade. This knife has 8mm hand sharpened serrations.
