Mike A. Hausmann

This handcrafted wooden knife handle aims to make a tribute to the traditional Japanese craftsmanship (on one side of the handle), and to the beauty of simplicity and the exaltation of the material used (the other side of the handle). Made from Maple and Walnut wood, with a dovetail joint.

Mike A. Hausmann, is both an engineer and a talented carpenter, with a small workshop in the heart of Gracia's neighbourhood, in Barcelona. Mike makes high-quality wooden furniture while developing his furniture collection in collaboration with abha.studio.
