Sold in pairs, the 123 Butter knives are lightweight, large format performance tools for your dining table. Good for spreading anything and even cutting, if sharpened, as they are heat treated and made from the same steel as all of our steak knives.
These feature a hidden tang construction with Micarta scales assembled around the tang of the blade, encapsulating it. Each knife is fastened with six brass pins in three different arrangements, which are completely random. Since they are sold in pairs, there’s a good chance of getting different patterned knives.
