Description
This limited run of Scaled Paring Knives revives a model we produced years ago, back when scaled handles were still part of our lineup. We recently uncovered a small reserve of the original materials and decided to bring them back for one final batch, made to the exact proportions of the originals.
This small and versatile kitchen essential, designed for precision tasks such as peeling, trimming, and intricate cutting. With a narrow, pointed blade, this knife excels at manoeuvrability, allowing you to handle delicate fruits, vegetables, and intricate garnishes with ease
Each knife is crafted in x75 carbon steel and fitted with composite handle scales secured by Loveless-style brass and steel rivets. The series comes in five colourways — Black/Ivory, Yellow/Green, Ivory/Red, Green/Ivory, and Red/Yellow — all drawn from our early palettes.
The batch is extremely limited, and once it’s gone, it won’t return. Durable enough for the outdoors and precise enough for the kitchen, this is a rare chance to own a piece of Florentine history.

Do not work with dull knives. Sharpen them often to professional standards. For sharpening services and workshops, contact our friends at thesharpening.shop
