Join us for the next edition of our Factory Dinner, an intimate evening of food, community, and craft. This time, we’re excited to welcome Chef Barnea Shelas for his first-ever dinner at the Factory.
Barnea is a seasoned chef known for his passion for Mediterranean and farm-to-table cuisine, with over 20 years of international culinary experience in cities including San Francisco, New York, Barcelona, Paris, Tel-Aviv and Sicily. His cooking centers on fresh, locally sourced ingredients and reflects a deep understanding of flavor, technique, and hospitality. Beyond the plate, Barnea brings extensive experience in menu creation, event production, and bespoke dining experiences.
For this special evening, Barnea will prepare a Middle-Eastern–inspired feast, served family-style and designed to be shared around the table. Expect generous plates, vibrant flavors, and a relaxed atmosphere that encourages conversation and connection.
Wine and beer are BYO, with a curated selection of additional bottles available for purchase on site.
