    On Saturday, April 11th at 20:00, we will be hosting and cooking together with Giacomo Hassan, an exclusive tasting menu designed to accompany a selection of 8 remarkable wines for just 18 lucky wine lovers.

    Each course of this menu will be created specifically to match one of the bottles that will be presented during the evening. This is a gathering for wine lovers of curious palates, an opportunity to discover exceptional bottles, enjoy Giacomo’s thoughtful cooking, and share the table with fellow enthusiasts in a unique setting.

    Giacomo is a Milan-born chef and exceptional host based in Barcelona and the creative force behind Bodega Bonay at Casa Bonay. With experience in top kitchens like Disfrutar and DiverXO, he brings a refined yet relaxed approach to cooking, blending Mediterranean ingredients with Italian technique and personal influences from his Tunisian roots. His food is seasonal, expressive, and designed to be shared.
