Description
The Kedma Nakiri, a rectangular, thin blade to be used mainly for vegetable prep and herb chopping. Made to be used on the cutting board. Very comfortable for big tasks due to it's light weight, tall frame and straight edge.

Care
Do not place in the dishwasher. Wash using a mild detergent and a non-abrasive sponge.
Store in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid cutting on glass, metal, ceramic, or bamboo surfaces to prevent blade dullness. Before extended storage, apply mineral or camellia oil to the blade and handle using a cloth.
