    Description

    The Kedma Gyuto knife is a large all purpose kitchen knife. Long (240mm) and tall (57mm) and can be used for most cutting board tasks. These knives have a thinner, lighter and harder blade than most western equivalents. They work extremely well for slicing meat and fish. Our original design, an octagonal handle with stacked discs assembled around the tang of the blade.

    Care

    Do not place ​in the dishwasher. Wash using a mild detergent and a non-abrasive sponge.
    Store in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid cutting on glass, metal, ceramic, or bamboo surfaces to prevent blade dullness. Before extended storage, apply mineral or camellia oil to the blade and handle using a cloth.  ​
