    Chefs Jack Tonkin (Australia, Ona in Barcelona) and Floris van Straalen (Netherlands, Van Oost in Amsterdam) are joining forces for an exclusive one-night collaboration dinner in Barcelona.

    Hosted in the Florentine Kitchen Knives workshop in Poblenou—a beautiful, atmospheric factory setting—the evening will offer a truly unique backdrop for an immersive culinary experience.

    Inspired by the Mediterranean Sea, the menu will feature the finest fresh and super seasonal seafood and fish, paired with locally farmed vegetables and a curated selection of exceptional wines from nearby vineyards that embody the quality and character of the region. Guests will enjoy a six-course tasting menu, thoughtfully paired with wine and refreshments, designed to showcase each ingredient at its peak.

    To make the evening even more special, a limited-edition set of table knives, crafted exclusively for this event, will be available for purchase beforehand and during the dinner—a rare opportunity to take home a piece of the experience.

    While the products are deeply rooted in the Barcelona area, the chefs bring their distinct perspectives and northern techniques, shaped by years spent in some of the world’s most acclaimed restaurants. Together, they will reinterpret the local bounty through a global lens, creating an intimate, ingredient-driven experience.
