SHIPPING AND RETURNS |
Below are the terms and conditions regarding shipping and returns for purchases made through our online store. We adhere to Standard EU shipping regulations to ensure transparency and clarity. |
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS |
We ship from Spain across the EU and internationally to any country which is serviced by DHL, UPS and Fedex. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. |
SHIPPING TIMES |
Bespoke knives are handmade to order, therefore we cannot guarantee exact shipping dates. We kindly ask that you acknowledge the lead times stated at the top of the product page before placing your order. Orders from stock are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout: EU Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days. International Shipping: 5-8 days, however, delivery times vary based on location and local customs procedures. |
SHIPPING COSTS |
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on your location, the size of your order, and the selected shipping method. Please note that additional customs or import duties for international orders are the customer’s responsibility. |
TRACKING YOUR ORDER |
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status of your package. |
TAX AND DUTIES |
EU Customers: All prices shown on the website do not include applicable VAT. However they will be charged at checkout according to the chosen destination. Aside from these no additional taxes will be charged at checkout or when receiving the products.. Non-EU Customers: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices. |
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES |

RETURN ELIGIBILITY |
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with EU consumer protection laws. To qualify for a return: 1. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. 2. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required. 3. Custom-made or engraved products are non-returnable unless defective. 4. Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect. |
RETURN PROCESS |
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at noam@florentinekitchenknives.com within 14 days of receiving your item. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect. In the case of return from outside the EU it is best to consult with us before shipping since customs charges may apply. |
REFUNDS |
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. |
EXCHANGES |
If you wish to exchange your product for a different item, please follow the same return process and specify the exchange request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Custom-made or engraved products can't be exchanged unless defective. |
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS |
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at noam@florentinekitchenknives.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and shipping costs for the return of damaged goods will be covered by us. |

WORKSHOP RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS |
At Florentine Kitchen Knives, we understand that plans can change. Below are our policies for rescheduling or cancelling workshops and classes, ensuring flexibility while maintaining fairness for all participants. |
RESCHEDULING POLICY |
Notice Period: You may reschedule your private or corporate class up to 14 days before the scheduled start date. Please contact us at info@florentinekitchenknives.com to request a new date. Group knifemaking classes cannot be rescheduled. Availability: Rescheduling is subject to availability. We will work with you to find a suitable alternative date within 1 month of the original booking. Less Than 14 Days Notice: If you request to reschedule less than 14 days before the class, we may not be able to accommodate your request. In such cases, no refund will be provided. In rare cases, we may need to reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer alternative dates or a full refund. |
CANCELLATION POLICY |
The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day the contract was agreed. If this period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended until the next working day. If you do that then you are eligible for a full refund or the option to rebook on a different date. Cancellations Less Than 14 Days in Advance: For cancellations made within 14 days of the class date, we are unable to offer a refund. However, you can transfer your spot to another person if you are unable to attend. No-Shows: If you do not show up for the class without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling option will be provided. In the rare case we need to cancel a class, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience. |
REFUND POLICY |
Full Refund: Provided for cancellations made at least 14 days from making the order and more than 14 days in advance or if the class is cancelled by Florentine Kitchen Knives. Partial or No Refund: For cancellations within 14 days of the class or no-shows, no refund will be issued. |
