Held in English, at our Poblenou workshop, participants will discover the art of transforming dull knives into precision tools, covering everything from rough grinding and thinning to sharpening and polishing.
Ayanori is a highly skilled sharpener with over a decade of experience working with top restaurants and chefs in Japan, Sweden, and now Barcelona. His deep expertise will be invaluable to the team, fostering a dynamic and hands-on environment where learning a new skill becomes both engaging and collaborative.
This two-hour workshop takes place in our Poblenou space or in a location of your preference. Participants are asked to bring their own knives.
We also offer an exclusive, private workshop alongside our founder, Tomer Botner. In this private, two-day workshop, designed for just one or two people, participants will learn the art of knife-making with hands-on guidance.
