What is the difference between a Bespoke knife and a knife from our Knives page?

All knives are handcrafted by skilled artisans at our Barcelona factory.

A Bespoke knife is a knife that is made to order according to your specifications. It is tailored to meet your unique needs and preferences. As such, it has a lead time that changes according to our capacity and workload.

On our Knives page you will find knives that are ready to ship within 1-2 working days. This selection of knives reflects our most popular designs and specifications, and are perfect if you do not wish to wait long.

Can I order a bespoke knife as a gift?

Absolutely! A knife makes for a unique and thoughtful gift for any occasion. Simply put in the desired delivery address at checkout. You can also choose to include a personalised card.

Do you offer engraving services for Bespoke knives?

Yes, you will find the laser engraving option at the end of the customisation process. For a personal touch you can type up to 16 characters, letters or numbers from a western keyboard. For different languages we will require a DXF file. Please contact us at info@florentinekitchenknives.com for further details.

Do you sharpen knives‭?‬

Our sibling The Sharpening Shop can take care of all your sharpening needs. This includes knives, razors, scissors and more. Please get in touch with them at contact@thesharpening.shop for more details.

New knives purchased from our online or physical shop will receive one complimentary sharpening service by The Sharpening Shop.

Can I modify my order once I have paid for it‭?‬

As long as we haven’t shipped your order or started work on your bespoke knife, we will happily modify it‭.‬ Email us at info@florentinekitchenknives.com with your order number and we will do our best to help.

Why does the price change when I get to checkout?

For our EU customers, VAT charges are applied at checkout according to the shipping country, therefore prices appear without tax on our shop.

For customers outside the EU there might be added customs charges or shipment release charges, depending on your location and order value.

Can I buy a gift card?

If you are not sure which knife or design your friend or loved one prefers, a gift card is a great way to give them a thoughtful gift without the pressure of getting it wrong.

Do you offer discounts on sets?

We rarely offer discounts as our prices are fair and reflect the quality and skill that go into crafting our products.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our knives worldwide. Whether you're in the United States, Europe, Asia, or anywhere else, we can deliver your order to your doorstep. However, customs charges may apply locally and are not included in the price.

Do you offer warranty on your knives?

Yes, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our knives. We offer a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. We encourage you to read our care instructions carefully so you know how to use and care for your knives properly. Please refer to our warranty policy for more details.

What is your return policy?

We take great pride in the quality of our knives, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your knife, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Please note that Bespoke knives may have limited return options, depending on the nature of the customisation.
