We keep learning every day, improving with each knife we make—our aim is to make each new knife better than the last. Each piece is meticulously designed, balancing form and function to create a tool that feels as good as it looks. Drawing from both Eastern and Western knife-making traditions, our designs ensure versatility and performance in the kitchen.
Each month, we challenge ourselves to learn something new—not just about knife-making, but about craftsmanship as a whole. To support this ongoing learning, we create small, unique editions called The Maker’s Edition. These knives are the direct result of our experimentation with design, technique, and materials. These are typically led by members of our team, according to their expertise. We sometimes collaborate with other makers on these editions, gaining fresh perspectives and expanding both our knowledge and that of our community.

We are deeply committed to using the precious materials we acquire, in the best way possible. We minimize waste, repurpose by-products from our production process, and ensure that every resource we use serves its full potential.
Our Stainless Steel is recycled, and we source all our materials exclusively from Iberia and the south of France, to keep our footprint low. We strive to make products that will outlive us—that speak to the value of well-made tools and the responsibility of using them with care.
