On the evening of April 3rd, 2025, our workshop at Calle Ramon Turro 156 came alive with smells and sounds of cooking, and the unmistakable energy that only comes when good people and good food intersect. We opened our doors to friends, old and new, to celebrate the launch of our latest and most ambitious knife collection to date—twelve brand new models, each with multiple variations and customization options.

A culinary hero, Hedai wears many hats—chef, farmer, cheesemaker, vintner, and best-selling author. With the help of Ernesto, Hadar and Poppy, He prepared a spectacular Pan-Levantine feast of countless dishes that thrilled and delighted us all for hours.
