This was our first time hosting a Breakfast Club at the shop and it was a special one! There’s something magical about a slow Sunday morning, the kind where the city seems to take a breath, and the aroma of fresh coffee and warm bread fills the air. This time we gathered for a special event that brought together two of our favorite makers—Nomad Roasters and Origo Bakery.

Held in our industrial yet cozy, light-filled space, the event welcomed a vibrant mix of friends, families, and coffee and food lovers. The long communal tables filled quickly with people ready to slow down and savor coffee, pastry and each other’s company.

Nomad came with their beautiful La Marzocco portable coffee maker and brewed up their signature selections, as well as their frosty cold brew cans. Each pour was a small ceremony, as perfect as in any of their coffee shops.

Origo Bakery graced the table with an irresistible spread of Canela and Cardamon twists, Pillowy Pain au Chocolat, Crusty focaccia with beautiful toppings, and a few more treats, including Chocolate chip cookies that disappeared almost as quickly as they appeared.
