Florentine Kitchen Knives w/Masa Vins and Lupino

Our July '24 Lunch Club was a collaboration with the OG of natural wine bars in Poblenou - Masa Vins. Since its founding by Dani Bajc and Antonella Tignanelli in 2023, Masa has become a staple in the neighbourhood. With its welcoming atmosphere, great records spinning, and an ever-changing selection of fresh natural wines, it quickly filled a gap in our regenerating community and has since become a citywide favourite.  



Masa’s chef, Majo Domingos, introduced us to her fellow Argentine, Emilio from Lupino Bakery in Patagonia. Emilio, known for his traveling pop-ups, was touring Spain with his portable oven, crafting neo-classical pies with inventive toppings like mussels and pistachios. His restaurant, Lupino, based in Bariloche, is a pillar of the local dining scene, blending natural wine and pizza into an unforgettable experience.  

 


To top it all off, we welcomed the mixing talents of local DJ Fabiniho, setting the perfect party atmosphere. Emilio and Majo were slinging pizzas non-stop for four hours, while Gabi from Masa kept the juicy natural wines flowing. The turnout was fantastic, the vibes were high, and the afternoon was one to remember.
