Description
Crafted in collaboration with Geoff Feder of Feder Knives, the Copper-Mai Slicer is a refined yanagiba-style blade built for precision slicing work.
only 3 of these were made with slight variations in size. The blades span 261-263mm and stands 23–25mm tall, ground evenly on both sides from Baker Forge Copper-mai steel with a 1084 carbon steel core and Damascus cladding at 3mm thick original stock. These knives are hardened to 62 HRC, and would hold an edge suited to fine, clean cuts. Each knife is finished with a copper bolster, walnut and black leather handle, and black Micarta pommel.
The complete knife measures approximately 395mm in total length and weighs 140 grams, light but balanced enough for control, substantial enough for leverage. Every piece is individually forged and finished to ensure consistent geometry and sharpness.

Do not place in the dishwasher. Wash using a mild detergent and a non-abrasive sponge.
