For our 13th Birthday Edition, we’ve finally made our version of the knife we’ve been asked to do for years—the K-tip. This Western-style K-Tip knife is a versatile, all-purpose kitchen tool that combines the performance of a Chef knife with the precision of a Kiritsuke-inspired tip. Its gently curved edge supports smooth rocking cuts, while the softened, angled tip offers added control for detailed slicing and prep work. Designed for balance and comfort, this knife is ideal for both home cooks and professionals seeking a unique yet practical blade that handles everything from chopping vegetables to fine detail work with ease. Made of high Carbon steel and locally made, high-quality Micarta, leather and Brass.

Care
Do not place in the dishwasher. Wash using a mild detergent and a non-abrasive sponge.
Store in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid cutting on glass, metal, ceramic, or bamboo surfaces to prevent blade dullness. Before extended storage, apply mineral or camellia oil to the blade and handle using a cloth.
