Join us for the next edition of our Factory Dinner, on Sunday, January 25th, for a night that takes us back to our roots. For this special feast, resident chef Jack Tonkin will cook alongside Florentine founder, Tomer Botner and team members whose culinary backgrounds will help bring the flavours of Tomer’s homeland to the table.
Together, they’ll create a menu inspired by Middle Eastern comfort food, reinterpreted through Jack’s refined technique and the exceptional produce of Catalonia. A vibrant, living cuisine: bold, generous, and grounded in the flavours that define celebration across the Middle East and parts of Central Asia.
The evening will take shape as a shared, family-style feast: slow-cooked pots on the pass, lamb at the centre, freshly baked breads, warm grains, herbs by the handful, stuffed dumplings, crisp salads, and condiments that pull the table in new directions. And of course, a few surprises along the way.
Expect a lively, aromatic, and joy-filled night that feels like home—whether it’s yours or one you're discovering.
Greeting cocktails are included. Wine and beer are BYO, with additional bottles available for purchase on site.
