Join us on Saturday March 21st for the next edition of our Factory Dinner — an intimate evening of food, community, and craft. We’re excited to welcome back Chef Barnea Shelas to the Factory, this time with an entirely new menu created especially for the evening.
Barnea is a seasoned chef known for his passion for Mediterranean and farm-to-table cuisine, with over 20 years of international culinary experience in cities including San Francisco, New York, Barcelona, Paris, Tel Aviv, and Sicily. His cooking centers on fresh, locally sourced ingredients and reflects a deep understanding of flavor, technique, and warm hospitality.
For this special night, Barnea will present a new Middle Eastern–inspired feast, served family-style and designed to be shared around the table. Expect generous plates, bold flavors, seasonal ingredients, and a relaxed atmosphere that encourages conversation and connection.
Wine and beer are BYO, and we’ll also have a small selection of bottles available for purchase on site. Seats are limited, as always. Come hungry, bring friends, and join us on March 21 at 20:00 sharp for another memorable night at the Factory.
