    Description

    A long, medium width and thin bladed knife, for slicing cooked and raw meats and cleaning fat. This knife is mainly used for one motion slicing that requires accuracy, but can easily be used for other cutting board tasks.

    Care

    Do not place ​in the dishwasher. Wash using a mild detergent and a non-abrasive sponge.
    Store in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid cutting on glass, metal, ceramic, or bamboo surfaces to prevent blade dullness. Before extended storage, apply mineral or camellia oil to the blade and handle using a cloth.  ​
