March 25 Maker’s edition is another butchery specialty knife. This edition was inspired by both classic European and Japanese boning knives, ideas which we have fused into one completely new knife. We set our goals to design within our company's design DNA and to produce a tool for extraordinary functionality and performance. This process has led us to the creation of a new handle element as well as a new blade shape. Just twelve of these knives were made, from high Carbon 52100 Steel using Brass, Black paper Micarta and leather spacers.
Do not place in the dishwasher. Wash using a mild detergent and a non-abrasive sponge.
Store in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid cutting on glass, metal, ceramic, or bamboo surfaces to prevent blade dullness. Before extended storage, apply mineral or camellia oil to the blade and handle using a cloth.
