Our July Maker’s Edition is named after the twist pattern carbon Damascus steel it is made from. We have long wanted to work with this specific pattern Damascus and once it became available we went for it. This one is made from 80crv2 and 15n20 steels twisted together in high heat and then flattened to a billet from which we cut out and grind the knives. All sold with a matching Ivory composite blade guard.
Do not place in the dishwasher. Wash using a mild detergent and a non-abrasive sponge.
Store in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid cutting on glass, metal, ceramic, or bamboo surfaces to prevent blade dullness. Before extended storage, apply mineral or camellia oil to the blade and handle using a cloth.
